On May 5th, the Central Mass Conference for Women will be taking place at the AC Hotel. This conference aims to inspire, connect, motivate and move women through every stage along their path.
With a mission to create lasting experiences for women, close to home, She’s Local’s team of volunteers has been creating and sustaining local women’s conferences in different regions of New England since 2016.
There are an average of 600 participants at each in-person event, bringing together speakers, vendors, entertainers, sponsors, participants, business owners and community leaders. Because of the pandemic, the event now follows a hybrid model, offering in-person and virtual attendance and maintaining the energy, connections and inspiration for local women.
Adding Central Mass as another She’s Local venue, each conference is customized for the women in their community. In the months leading up to the conference, in-person and virtual meetings are held to gather the topics that matter most to local women in preparation for the event. Then, real and accessible women from the local community who are experts in those relatable topics are chosen as speakers.
Among the many women who will be addressing a variety of relevant and relatable topics, is none other than our COO, Monica Adwani.

With the purpose of making information and inspiration accessible to EVERYONE, in-person tickets are $52 for the full-day conference, which includes breakfast, lunch, all day coffee, and complimentary wine at the post-conference party.
The Central Mass Conference For Women also offers scholarships for women in need.
Our goal is to add information, resources, networking and mentoring within Central Mass that increases the opportunities available to all women. We will do this with accessible, relevant, and local experiences featuring topics that matter most to our region.
